Kimberly Clark is a trusted advisor with nearly two decades of experience guiding organizations through high-stakes investigations, complex legal matters, and sensitive institutional challenges. Drawing from her tenure as a Chief Prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office and as a civil litigator, she has directed and resolved thousands of cases — from internal investigations and regulatory reviews to complex disputes with significant financial and reputational impact.

In public service, Kimberly oversaw investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, working across agencies to deliver accountability and long-term solutions. In private practice, she represented companies in civil litigation, managing matters that carried substantial risk and required clear, strategic resolution.

Her background is as diverse as the clients she has served. For corporations, hospitals, and educational institutions, Kimberly provides the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compliance programs and policies, and proactive risk management tailored to organizational needs.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Arkansas School of Law, Kimberly also holds an LL.M. in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).  She has been admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Her professional service includes board leadership with the Texas Young Lawyers Association, selection as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and active membership in the Houston Bar Association. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Her reputation has earned recognition in professional journals and national media outlets, including providing legal commentary on the television series Snapped aired on the Oxygen Network.
